We’re sorry to hear that your piece wasn’t quite what you expected. Each item is handmade with care, and we want you to feel comfortable with your purchase.
How to Return
- If you wish to return an item, you may submit a return request directly through the system within 14 days of delivery. If the return period has passed, the system will no longer allow return submissions.
- Please make sure to pack the item in its original packaging to ensure it arrives safely and in its original condition.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it is in good condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after inspection.
Important Notes
- Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable, as each piece is specially made for you.
- The item must be returned in its original condition — unworn, unaltered, and with all original parts and packaging.
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer may be responsible for any loss in value.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, or you may use the return shipping label generated through our system.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll be happy to provide assistance and resolve the issue.
