Lunoriah Product Care

Thank you so much for choosing a piece from Lunoriah. Each item is handmade with love, inspired by little moments of joy and the people who brighten our lives. With just a bit of care, your jewelry can stay beautiful and keep bringing you happiness for years to come.

Daily Wear & Gentle Handling

  • Please remove your earrings before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping.Water, sweat, or pressure can affect delicate details.
  • Keep your jewelry away from lotions, perfumes, hairsprays, or other beauty products —apply those first, then put on your jewelry.
  • Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or lined box, away from direct sunlight and moisture. This helps prevent tangling, scratching, or dulling.

Cleaning Your Jewelry

  • After wearing, gently wipe your earrings with a soft, clean cloth to remove oils and light residue.
  • Avoid harsh chemicals, ultrasonic cleaners, or bleach, especially for delicate or resin pieces.

Special Note for Our Wound‑Wire Pieces

Some of our handmade winding-wire earrings may shift slightly during shipping — this is normal for delicate wirework.

  • If your piece looks a little tilted, you can gently nudge it back into place with your fingers. Usually, this easily restores its original shape.
  • If it still doesn’t look right or you’re unsure about adjusting it yourself, please contact us. We’ll happily guide you or provide a solution.

Storage & Travel Tips

  • Store your pieces in a pouch or box to protect them from air, sunlight, or rubbing against other jewelry
  • When traveling, keep each piece separated or wrapped to avoid tangles. Avoid leaving them in hot, sunny spots.

If Something Goes Wrong

  • If you notice damage, missing components, or significant misalignment, reach out with a photo. We’ll help you find the best solution.
  • Avoid forcing or bending the wire too hard — gentle adjustments are usually enough.

Every piece is a little celebration of beauty and joy — handle it with care, and it will brighten your days for a long time!
