Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Each piece is carefully handmade, so thank you for your patience and understanding.
2.What materials do you use?
Most of my jewelry is made with high-quality resin, polymer clay, real flowers, and hypoallergenic (nickel-free) findings.

3.Is the packaging gift-ready?
Yes! Every order is beautifully packaged.
If it’s a gift, please leave a note at checkout — I’ll include a gift card and a handwritten message for your recipient.
4.Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes — please contact me within 7 days of delivery and ship the item back within 14 days.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please note that custom orders are non-refundable
